Hi folks
Good Day !
Well I'm in need of the best solution possible for the below scenario .
There is a CCTV camera been setup in Location A and the control room is in Location B . Inorder to access the CCTV camera in Location A from Location B pleae advise a possible best solution for the same .
The distance between A and B is 3.5 kilometers and both are in a remote locality.

Hello Unni,
you can use point to point bridge link. with high gain antennas to cover this distance.
you can use 1310 AP's.
and assign them to root and non root.
this will result in bridging the two sites A-B....
also you can limt which VLAN's pass between those two briges.
- before implemnting the bridges setup , make sure to do site survey to identinfy any possible external sources of interference.

Hello Unni,
for site survey you have to do it with spectrum expert or airmagnat.
and recommended to use same antennas in site survey (Same as ones going to be used).
this is needed to detrmine best channels to operate and also if there are any possible external sources of interference...

Thanks a lot for the prompt reply bro .
Could you please advise on what is needed to do the wireless Site survey ? Should I purchase the same set of 1310 bridges to conduct the survey or is there any other way I can make the test thereby reducing the Survey expenditure . Please advice .
