REPEATER ACCESS POINT

I have an 1200 series AP, and when i try to associate it as a repeater, it associate and disassociate many times per second, and after a while, it gets blocked or shuts down. I have configured the same authentication type for both (root and repeater) and identical configurations for radio parameters.

I have tried with another device (another repeater access point) and still doesnt work

What should I do??

There could be something stuck in the access points configuration that is causing the problem. Try resetting the access point back to factory defaults and reconfigure the unit. You may need to reset the access point that it is trying to associate to as well.
