Restoring Configuration on WGB350

I have create a Configuration Backup of a WGB 350 with "Backing Up Your Configuration (Dump) "

now I have a new WGB350 where I must restoring a copy of Configuration; I have tried with FTP, the transfer is completed but the WGB configuration that I found is the default configuration !!!

Why ??

The following information is what I pulled from this document http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/wireless/airo_350/350wgb/350scg/wgb_ch03.htm#35352 and it simply states that you restore your config by using the load command on the diagnostic menu. If this does not work, check the firmware and make sure that the firmware on the new WGB is the same as the one on the old WGB just in case it has something to do with the firmware.

"Restoring Your Configuration

If your configuration is ever lost or corrupted, you can restore it by using the Load option from the Diagnostics Load menu to move the configuration file into the bridge. The system automatically restores your configuration based on these commands."
