set BAUD 115200 kills Aironet

Hi,

I have inherited a Cisco CAP2602e which has had the firmware deleted.

It does not respond to whatever IP is set so I went back to using XModem to load the various files that make up the SAP2602e firmware. Itransferred a few small files at 9600 baud and then issued the "set BAUD 115200" before uploading the larger files. On changing the Putty settings to 11500 baud, I got the usual hieroglyphics when the settings don't match. All the other baud rate/parity/etc. combinations are also wrong.

Is there any way to recover from this situation?

Thanks in advance.

John

Only works when set to 9600. Never got it to work higher at all.
