Set Max power globally

Hello ,

kindly i would like to set the max power of all my access points to be 17 dbm in order to match the clients power to eliminate any possible one-way communication issue .

so does the option in the TPC setting page  :  " max power level assigment (-10 to 30 dbm ) "  work for that ?

also based on cisco , TPC algorithm  triggered under certain conditions like 3 nearby APs detected at -70 dbm and so one , so does it mean , if  thoes conditions do not meet the above max power level value will not be applied ?!!!!
