show inventory AIR-CAP1602I-E-K9

Hello I would like to ask a question.

Should not show any information a "sh inv" command on a not yet joined AIR-CAP1602I-E-K9? Or it only show this info when joined?

No, it should give "show inventoy" output even AP is not registered to a controller. Here is an example where AP is not yet register, but it provides inventory output

First your AP software is 7.4.1.37

1602I ap minimum IOS support is 7.4.100.0.
