snmp on ap's using the wireless lan controller + 2 ssid's
1) We have a wireless lan controller and I was wondering if it is possible to configure a SNMP string for each of the AP's for management. I was able to find snmp on the controller but that is for the actual appliance, but I was unable to find snmp configuration per AP. Any idea?
Also, on a different note....
2) I am looking on how to configure multiple SSID's on the AP (not using the controller), each SSID's being mapped to a different vlan. More specifically, I am looking to do this through the GUI... I already have the CLI config.
I would appreciate any usefull links and examples.
Re: snmp on ap's using the wireless lan controller + 2 ssid's
Ok I understand, so there is no way to snmp query each AP if they are managed by the WLC...that's not a good thing.
Regarding my second question : to get 2 SSID's broadcased from an AP (stand alone, not using the WLC) each being mapped to a separate vlan, we have this working but need to know how to do it using the CLI... also, for some reason as soon as we have 2 SSID's, we can only broadcast one and the other one is hidden. Is there a way to broadcast both SSID's?

This is the start of a display filter cross reference between Wireshark and OmniPeek.
The 1st installment is a table of advanced filters. More filters will be added as time allows.

I have created a Powershell script to automatically add a Wireless Guest User on Cisco WLCs. (tested on 2500 Series)
The script should be completely self explanatory.
