Hi Luis,
Here sre some links to help you on your way. If you have "Smartnet Service support"on your Cisco equipment and know your contract numbers, go to this link to register for access to Software downloads etc;
http://tools.cisco.com/RPF/register/register.do
If you are trying to locate a new partner reseller, try this link;
Partner locator
http://tools.cisco.com/WWChannels/LOCATR/jsp/partner_locator.jsp
If neither of these get you anywhere try this link for customer support;
Cisco Customer Service
http://www.cisco.com/web/about/ac49/ac162/about_cisco_customer_service_contacts.html
There is also a link off the Cisco homepage called "Contacts & Feedback" that has a phone directory for worldwide Cisco contact numbers.
Hope this helps! Let us know how you make out.

Hey Luis,
Sorry to hear you are having problems with this process. Have you talked to the "on line" partners about only getting a SASU contract? Have a look;
Cisco Software Application Support plus Upgrades (SASU)
In addition to all of the SAS services, SASU includes major application software upgrades.
At this link;
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/svcs/ps3034/ps2827/ps2993/serv_home.html
Also, did you try to register at this link;
http://tools.cisco.com/RPF/register/register.do
Hope this helps!
