The users are facing intermittent wireless disconnection

WLC - AIR-WLC4402-25-K9

AP:- AIR-LAP1242G-E-K9

Users are Disconnecting intermittent from this ap. I changed the Ap and replaced other. But still we are facing this issue.

Are u using webauth or ???

Is it for all WLANS being broadcast or only one? might want to check what the session timeout is set to on the WLAN > advanced tab.
