Two Newwork in Same Wireless Controller 2500 Series

hi ,

We have Cisco wireless controller 2500 series. we would to create two network in same controller i.e. guest and admin and network series also should be diferent. currently working one network and get ip from another device (24 online) please advice guys how to do it.

You can follow these steps:

You can follow these steps:

1. Separate the SSID according to your need

ssid1 -> wlan interface 1 (management interface/10.130.0.0/xx) -> VLAN 1

ssid2 -> wlan interface 2 (192.168.0.0/xx) -> VLAN 2

2. Now on WLC physical port 1 and 2

 ---> Switchport port xx (dot1q trunks with native vlan "the untagged one" matching on both sides)

3. The default gateway on each WLAN interface will be the L3 interface on the switch/router for each subnet.

The WLC is just a L2 pass through to the L3 switch/router where the routing is done.
