Unable to Telnet or HTTP the Accesspoint

I have a Weird Problem. I have a remote access point which I am able to ping. Users have no complaint accessing it. The problem is that I am unable to login by telnet or HTTP into it. Configuration has telnet and HTTP access in it.

What may be the problem? All helpful posts will be rated.

Are you able to console to the access point? Do you have an ACL preventing telnet or HTTP access to the AP? Is there a chance that HTTP and telnet are disabled on the AP?
