Upgrade firmware on cisco aironet 340 to support 128bit WEB

I have some cisco aironet 340 series wireless pcmcia cards and would like to upgrade the firmware to support 128 WEP. Can this be done?

Where can i find this image if possible.

Is this 340 , 341 or 342 ?

340 = no wep encryption

341 - 40 bit encryption

342 - 128 bit encryption

The cards i currently have are 340 series. Are you saying that i cannot upgrade the firmware on these cards to support 128 bit encryption ?

That is correct. The WEP encryption is hardware based, not software based.
