Users are being disconnected after a few minutes of connecting to the wireless on a 1042N AP.

 Users are being disconnected after a few minutes of connecting to the wireless on a 1042N AP.

 

#Sh run and #show tech have been taken from the AP.

 

Time out on the AP has been increased from 3600 to 36000.

#dot11 activity-timeout client default 36000

 

Following messages still appearing:

Wow. That's one busy radio

Wow. That's one busy radio band. Can you elaborate if the clients having these issues are connected to 802.11b or 802.11a radio? Would you also be able to provide what data rates are enabled? Judging from the carrier test output, it looks like you've got a very strong co-channel interference issue.

The rates on the AP are deafult, so no rates are shown on the #sh run.

Ok.  Can you disable 1, 2, 5

Ok.  Can you disable 1, 2, 5 and 11 Mbps data rates?  Make 18 as Mandatory and 12 and the rest as Supported?

Channel 5????  I would change that to channel 1, 6 or 11... channel 1 looks the best.
