WAP561 Autonegotiation fails

Hi,

yesterday ive got my WAP561. I fidured out that he is not able to establish a Network Connection to my Netgear POE Switch (GS110TP). The Port stays down. So i tryed it with an POE Injector and an HP1810G Switch. Again no Link. Wenn i attach the Link from the Injector to my Laptop i get an link.
Same with AP -> INJECTOR -> Netgear FS106.

On all Switches AutoNeg is enabled.
I disabled Autoneg on the AP and set it to 100M FullDuplex, and it works.
But this cant be the solution. So why is this AP not able to autoneg with my Switches.

Second thing i figured out is, that im not able to set a Username with a dash (-) for MailServer authentication. So at the moment the AP is unusable to me.

Firmware is the latest (1.0.4.4)
