WCS4.0 is not able to adding WLC

We've installed WCS4.0 on Windows2003 server. We can ping WCS to WLC2006, but we can't add WLC2006 in WCS4.0 SNMP unreachable error. Do i have to any adjust to SNMP rechable on windows2003 server? SNMP Community and version is all right.

Have you tried SNMP v1/2? WCS is very sensitive to fragmentation as well. If these do not help - please set logging to trace, replicate the issue, and attach the wcs-0-0.log file. You can hit the download log button or navigate to the WCS folder-->webnms-->logs directory to obtain the file.

I am experiencing the exact same issue. I recently upgraded WCS to 4.0.96.0 and 4-0-179-11 on the WLC's. Our prod WLC's are registered, but I unregistered the test WLC to troubleshoot and cannot get it to add back.

WCS was talking to the WLC's fine before the upgrade and I can ping with 1000 bytes back and forth. There does not appear to be any connectivity issues. Here is the error in my WCS log that corresponds to my attempts to add...
