It depends on how big is the area you want to cover..Typically Wireless Bridges, Access Points and client cards are rewuired to build the woreless network.

Simply use Cisco 1200 series Access points with 802.11g cards in them. place and access point after every quarter mile and make sure each of the Access points are able to talk to each other. There are some other factors aswell that decrease the amount of signals you would expect, like if there is a brick wall coming in between and if its indoor than signals are reduced to about 50%. Try mounting Omni directional Antennas on top of the highest building on Campus. You will have to do some wireless testing and site surveying for this aswell...
