Which Wireless Lan Controller - 7500 FlexConnect or 5700?

We are in need of a WLC that will allow mgmt and data traffic to be separated. I mean, we do not want to have to route all traffic thru the controller. Will only the 7500 FlexConnect allow this? What about the 5700?

We have 900 Cisco 1042n AP's deployed all around the country using Cisco ScanSafe. We need to be sure we can offer an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) page (Stored on WLC) and then traffic from that point on is forwarded to the ScanSafe towers for filtering.

5700 doesn't support flexconnect feature so far 3.3.2. vWLC doesn't support 900 APs. Yes, 7500 is an good option, it supports central webauth and local switching for data traffic.
