Why are all my Open clients on 802.11a instead of 802.11n

I have a Guest network with Open authentication and I just noticed that all of the clients on this network are connecting with 802.11a instead of 802.11n. All of my secured clients are connecting at 802.11n where the security is WPA2-Enterprise. I'm sure I have something in my settings that is causing this. Any idea where to look?

Most of my APs are 3602s with a 5508 controller.

Thanks,

-mike
