Check to see if there is any ACL configured for the WLAN . If not configure to allow the traffic. refer URL for more information

http://cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk722/tk809/technologies_configuration_example09186a00807810d1.shtml#backinfo. If it doesnt work try to upgrade the controller.

first thks.

1:there is not any acl configured for the wlan;

2:we have upgrade the controller,but the question still;

3:next is the controller config.please confirm it.

I have had similar problem. It only appeared when I changed the default speed settings. WLC was advertising some 802.11 speeds even when they were 'disabled'. Try with all WLAN speeds "supported" and see if problem is still there.

Christopher

sorry,can you give me more about the "default speed settings",i have changed some speed ,but the problem is still.

thanks.
