I have 1x WLC 4402 that control 6 Wireless AP-1242AG that goes down for some minutes and will be Up again and I dont see any logs in WLC.
What are the possibilities that the Wireless-AP will be down for a 3 minutes and will be up again? Is there a loop in my network?or is there a rouge AP?
Sorry for limited info, as for me I also have limited info with this issue.
Thanks in advance and more power!

thanks for the rating ... much appreciated
lol ... Im trying to make the Wireless Leader Board ! LOL more the better ! 20 or so more points ...
i find it funny someone can get an increased rating for a suggestion like " Upgrade the code", that's not really a solution
You need to troubleshoot anything that would break the link between the AP and the wlc.....there is probably a duplicate IP somewhere
Once i had an AP get the IP of the ap manager interface of the wireless controller, it disrupted the lwapp tunnels for all the access points to the controller
the code is definitly old....but it worked back then ya know
Me bad. I should've given more explaination.
I've seen this error messages when I load the latest of the 4.x and 5.x but after I've loaded with the 22.214.171.124 code, the error messages go away and the radios stop going into down/up regularly. Hence I recommended the op to upgrade the firmware and verify.
Just a note that when I upgraded a WLC from 4.x to 5.x it no longer seemed to support 1000 series Access points. Granted 1000 series access points are ancient just something to keep in mind before recommending an upgrade to someone....
