Wireless client disconnection issue

Hi All,

we using AP AIR-SAP-1602E-N-K9 running in standalone mode, were we are finding the intermittent client disconnection issue with an specific laptop.

Dell latitude : Nic : Intel<R> Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260

We are finding issue with only with this laptop.any suggestion to find the cause.

Try changing the channel on AP.

2- Disable "Wireless Zero Configuration" and use WLAN software to connect to Wifi and vice versa.

3- Upgrade your WLAN drivers to latest.

4- Use Mix [g/b] RAdio option in AP configuraiton.

 

Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
