I took the test in the later part of 2001 and at the time there wasn't even a time limit, however, a colleague of mine recently took it and was 'quite surprised' to discover the introduction of the 75 min time limit... I do concur with the the assessment that some of the questions seem to have the wrong recorded answers, as do many of the other people I have spoken to regarding this test, but more worrying was the fact that after failing the test at the first attempt, my colleague decided to sit it again there and then, went through all the preliminary bits and pieces with c/cards and what have you, then started the test to find that the 'timeleft' was about 10 mins (the time left over from the previous test!!) meaning that he had to rush through it and consequently failed a second time with another 35 bucks down the drain... It took a further 2 attempts before it finally decided to let him pass (each subsequent time sitting on a different PC - just in case the thing with the time re-occured), and he did take screenprints of the questions in the subsequent tests order to go through CCO and the training material in an attempt to prove that they were correct, but for the sake of 100 bucks (paid for by the company anyway) the amount of time it would have taken didnt seem worth it, and as you say, as for how you go about registering a complaint, we've absolutely no idea. For anyone thinking of taking the test, I would recommend 1) reading as much as you can on CCO and elsewhere about wireless, and dont just rely on the training material, because I saw a few questions that im quite certain were simply were not covered in it 2) If you fail the first time, change PC before you resit the exam 3) Print your answers, as you may well feel you want to check them when for no apparent reason you find you only get 72%.
