Wireless Phone client loses internet connectivity every 10-15 min

At my office, we have around 400 clients, a mix of laptops, phones, tablets, AppleTVs, etc.

There is one phone (an HTC One developer edition) that seems to lose internet connectivity every 10-15 minutes.  When looking at WCS, I can find the client and see that it's associating and disassociating from it's Access Point in the same interval, taking between 10-45 minutes to reassociate.  I don't see any entry in the syslogs for that same mac address.  This is the only client that is experiencing this issue.

I am using a WLC 2504 with about 20 1142n WAPs.  I also am using Cisco WCS to manage this and other controllers I have at remote offices. 

Any insight would be helpful.

I would delete the profile and add it back on the device. Most likely a client issue or else many others would be complaining.
