Wireless transmit power troubleshooting

We have about 80 Cisco 3502i's connected to a 5508 controller that suddenly dropped their radio transmit power from various levels to a 7 or 8.  There are other 3502's associated with that controller that are working normally.  Prime is saying that this is the levels that they should be at but I know it was different a week ago.

Opened up a tac case and they felt it was the way it should be acting but I know wireless coverage in those areas is weaker then it has been.  Prime's heat maps also support my findings yet it still tells the AP's to stay at those levels.

Any ideas?

Check your TPC settings.

Check your TPC settings and check for any CleanAir events.  Just want to make sure that the power change was done to the 802.11b radio only?

You may also want to reboot the AP during the evening and see if their power normalize.
