WISM - WLC5500

Hi all,

Can someone explain me a differences in capabilities between WISM & WLC5500. Are there any differences or not ?

I know that hardware is diffrent so you don't have to explain me that thing.

They are pretty much the same.  the WiSM2 can do up to 1000 AP where the 5508 can only go up to 500.

I thought the WiSM-2 can support only up to 500 WAPs?

as of 7.2 it can do 1000

Lets be clear WISM and WISM 2 are two different part numbers and devices. The subject says WISM and 5508. A regular WISM will only do 300 (150 per board) 2 boards per WiSM blade.
