WLC 4400 spanning tree help

Hi, I have a 4402 currently configured, 1 interface goes to 1 6500 and the other interface going to another 6500. LAG is disabled. The 2 6500's are connected via a L2 Etherchannel.

Currently, spanning-tree is disabled on the WLC and it appears to work fine. Should spanning tree ideally be enabled on the WLC for this configuration ?

There is no loop in your configuration as STP is by default disabled on the controller, you probably don't need it.

If you choose to enable it, make sure the controler gets a high priority, in order not to be elected as the root.
