What you have to do is configure the branch AP in Flexconnect mode & map the required vlan to the WLAN configured for FlexConnect local switching.(you can use existing wlan & enabling Flexconnect local switching not impacting any local mode AP at HQ). Here is some design guide on this

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/solutions/Enterprise/Mobility/emob73dg/emob73/ch7_HREA.html

Here is a sample configuration to understand this feature. H-REAP was the previous name for the same feature

  • Generally, the management interface of the WLC is left untagged. In this case, the packet sent to and from the management interface assumes the Native VLAN of the trunk port to which the WLC is connected. However, if you want the management interface to be on a different VLAN, tag it to the appropriate VLAN with the <Cisco Controller> config interface vlan management <vlan-id> command. Ensure that the corresponding VLAN is allowed on the switchport and tagged by the trunk (non-native vlan).

  • For all trunk ports that connect to the controllers, filter out the VLANs that are not in use.

    For example in Cisco IOS® switches, if the management interface is on VLAN 20, plus VLAN 40 and 50 are used for two different WLANs, use this configuration command at the switch side:
    switchport trunk allowed vlans 20,40,50

Dear,

Thanks for your reply.

Our setup follows:

WLC is physically installed in Head office (Vlan 1(172.16.0.0/23), Vlan 20(172.16.20.0/24), Vlan 30(172.16.30.0))

Branch A is connected over WAN and has its own Vlan subnets(Vlan1(172.16.8.0/23), vlan10(172.16.10.0/24),  & vlan49(172.16.49.0/24)

WLC is configured with one SSID and the ip subnet allocated to the APs in head office if assigend from head office vlan.

Our requirement;

We nned to install APs in branch office A with a new vlan of local site branch A

How can we do this.

Thanks & Regards,
