wlc4402: special dhcp configuration possible?

it would be fine if somebody could tell me if the following idea is practicable with wlc 4402 (SW or any one more recent) and 1130ag access-points:

- the wlc is connected to a l2 switch with it's dynamic interface (ip address 10.1.1.x /24)

- on the switch there is also a dhcp server connected to the same vlan but with a different ip address and ip address pool ( so there is no l3 connection between the wlc and the server although they are in the same vlan

-> can the wlc relay/broadcast the dhcp requests from the wlan clients on it's lan interface so that the dhcp server can receive them, and can the answers of the dhcp server get back to the wlan clients?

What I found in the wlc manuals is only "normal" configuration with internal or external dhcp server.

Many thanks in advance,
