Chargeback or Showback built on RequestCenter 9.3.1, but should be transferable. Thsi is CCP only - no workflows for CPO included. Intended to plug into CIAC 3.0 Starter Edition. Essentially, I create a separate Service Item to track the service charge. Please see VoD for details.
