Ability to see requests which have not been approved yet for Service Teams

Hi,

A service team is asking us if they can have the ability to see which requests have been rejected or are still waiting for approval. Normally, unless a request has been approved they do not have any visibility on it.

 Does anyone know how we can achieve this without the team being able to see all other requests apart those for their queue?

aprovals and service delivery moments prevent you from using ServiceManager to see this, maybe a report of sevrice that they provide and are in status of being approved?
