We have a service where the workflow stays within one Service Team. The way the team works, usually the same performer will fulfill all the tasks on one requisition, and we want to keep the tasks as separate tasks for reporting purposes.
Is there a way where the performer or manager can select all the tasks that belong to them, and assign them to a specific performer in the beginning of the workflow? i.e. before the tasks are triggered (status = New)?
In this way, the performer would not have to go and claim each of those tasks from the "Available Work" queue. Thanks!
I had asked a long time ago about assigning tasks based on expression and never got a response on it that would function. From your comment it would make the most sense to have a series of tasks that you would want to sequentially assign to the same performer over and over....which is what I was looking for.
