Cancelling a Service Requistion if not authorised within 5 days.

Hi All,

I'm working on a service that requires authorisation prior to starting the plan,  and its been requested that if the requistion isnt approved / rejected within 5 days that it should automatically cancel itself.   Ive not seen a way to do this in the authorisation section,  and as the plan doesnt start I assume I can't add anything to the plan.

Has anyone got any ideas?

I am not aware of any way to auto cancel a request.

I submitted an enhancement request (Aug 09) to auto reject a request after X number of days.
