Hello All,
We are using Cisco Prime Infra 1.3 and have added many Cisco devices. We have now enabled NetFlow on few routers but it does not populated anything on Cisco Prime for those devices. I' am able to find the devices on which NetFlow is enabled in the Data Source section but Dashboards say "No Data" !!
Below is the configuration used:
router(config)# ip flow-export version 9
router(config)# ip flow-export destination <ip_address> <9991>
router(config)# ip flow-export source <source interface>
Under the interface configure the following
interface <interface ID>
ip route-cache flow …… this is the old command
New commands
interface <interface ID>
ip flow ingress
ip flow egress
Netflow is active and it is sending the output out from this device but Cisco Prime does not display any data.
Can some one please help/suggest what might have gone wrong here?
