Hi - we have been using conditional rules for our services and they are working GREAT! I have a question about hiding dictionaries for the service teams or approvers after the request has been submitted. Example - request hides Dictionary A because it was not selected by customer. Even though it hides it from the customer, when the service team or approver begins working on it, they can see the dictionary with no field populated. I have tried several rules and nothing seems to work.
Is there a way to hide dictionaries that were not populated by the customer during approval and service delivery?
