Conditional Task on an Multivalue Field

Conditional Task on an Multivalue Field

I'm trying to create a task to fire to a specific queue based upon the selection of a particular value within a multivalve field. (With a checkbox input type.)  The field in question has 8 possible selection.  Let's call them A-H.  I've setup the conditional statement to fire when the option selected is B.  If B is the only option selected, then the task fires as planned, but if the requestor selects B and C the task will not fire.  My assumption is that I need to use an "is like" statement instead of an "is equal to" statement.  Anyone know if this is possible in RC2006?

Thanks!!

The proper operator for the conditional expression would be INCLUDES.

For example if your checkbox values were "steak", "cheese", and "sandwich" you would write the following condition to occur only if steak was one of selections (the only selection as well as one of the selections).

SERVICE.DATA.DICTIONARYNAME.FIELD INCLUDES "steak"

Hey Ryan,

Good to see you on here.

Charlie is exactly right on this one.  INCLUDES would be used to evaluate any field element that allows for more than one value to be selected (multi-select, checkboxes).

Thanks guys!  That did the trick!
