Configuration wizard and other portlet pages failed to display in CPSC 10.0

I recently installed CPSC 10.0 as part of CIAC 4 installation, after installation of software and patches, I was trying to go for configuration using configuration wizard portlet but when I click on "Configuration Wizard" I got message saying "There is not portlet to display". So I checked portlet designer to make sure all the portlet pages were imported successfully which in this case it was and also verfied the URLs for portal pages on CPSC box. I still couldn't figure out what is it stopping CPSC to show the portlet pages? If anyone have experience similar situation and found any remediation. please do share. Thanks

Hi,

You'll want to verify that the user you're signed in as has permission to view this portlet. You may do so within Portal Designer.
