Does Cisco Prime Service Catalog support two-factor authentication?
Yes, since whatever tool verifying the authentication (e.g. LDAP) will typically return a validation token (MS Windows session, etc.) and our application just uses that to authenticate and authorize the user.
If this is for federal government customers, Cisco Advanced Services has already configured Prime Service Catalog for DoD SmartCard authentication for a couple of groups. If you are interested in implementing Cisco Prime Service Catalog in such an environment, please contact your Cisco account manager for more details.
