Error installing TEO 2.3

Hi Team,

            we have trying to install the TEO 2.3 on Oracle 11g R2. The following error message pops up while configuring License and Database Settings.

Can you  please advice if you have come across to this problem and what is the resolution?

Installation Background: We are using the same Oracle Database Instance for both Portal and TEO. We have also tried separate DB instances also running in the same machine. Let me know if you have any ready fix.

do you have the oracle client on the TEO box/can you connect via some tool like toad or sqlplus or something?

We would want to see logs and such and maybe webex, so your best bet is probably to open a TAC case.
