Escalation Question

Escalation Question

We have a service that we would only like to have 1 recipient for escalations (we do not want to have the same person defined as the 2nd and 3rd escalations, just 1 person as an escalation and no other escalations) however when we try to migrate the service to the next environment (DEV to UAT, UAT to Prod) catalog deployer throws up an error. Has anyone else run into this issue and if so what is the work around that you have used. TIA

This may be a product bug. I suggest you contact support ASAP for the workaround. They will probably ask for the CatalogDeployer XML as part of the support investigation.
