Fastest Escalation Path
What is the minimum unit of time that can be entered for an escalation to kick in?
Scenario: I have a ServiceLink Task, I want to give it 5 minutes to execute, if it does not complete in 5 mins I would like to escalate to an admin using a predefined email template.
I know we are entering in hours, are values <1 hour valid? For example .084 for 5 minutes?
The least value you can enter is " 0 ".
If you enter the value "0" for the unit of time in the Escalation configuration, the notification will be triggered at the time the task becomes late.
Your assumption to use fractions of an hour will also have the desired effect -- triggerinig the notification in the corresponding number of minutes.
