Fresh install 9.4.1R2 -- Cannot connect to Service Link status check

Did a fresh installation of CPSC 9.4.1 R2 on RHEL.

Typical installation so both RequestCenter and ServiceLink are running on same server.

When going in to Service Link module, the connection status of Service Link is Red.

When looking at the log, see following:

***Error::CommunicationsBase: Unable to connect to 'http://<Hostname>:6080/IntegrationServer/ISAdminServlet?action=iseeConnectionStatus&ObjectInstId=0': java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

However, I can get the status check results without any problems using the exact same URL from a browser or using wget.

Any ideas? Has anyone run in to this issue before?

Thanks.

Hi Lim,

It isn't clear from you description what the problem is.  Can you contact TAC and provide the details?

Thanks.

Thanks. Opened TAC issue and worked together to fix this issue. Seems to be environmental.
