We can Tune time syn polling Cisco Prime ? Because count of AP is Customber more than 10000 AP 

I look Problem time is Syn Between PI and WLC it a long time .

Sorry I think you are posting in the wrong message board.  Cisco Prime Service Catalog is an IT service catalog for IT workplace services and cloud management.  You are looking for Cisco Prime Infrastructure, which is a different product.

Cisco Prime is a brand, not a product, which might have been the source of your confusion.
