have request center would like to query fields of a request or copy all of the requests in a particular queue to a sharepoint list or excel.
Anything at all, I am lost about what is actually required to achieve this. Sys Admin not a programmer. So go easy.
I would like to automate some processes based on details in the RC ticket. look up people names in outlook and book calendar meetings based on contents of the tickets.
I thought it would be something pretty easy, some vba code, an xml/text document, conenct to something, submit something get something back. But I see servive link adatapers and all this other stuff. I just want to be able to click a button in excel and have a list of requests (comeplete details) in excel.
