We are looking into using the Marketing Library functionality to launch a suite of requests/incidents for our HelpDesk. We're at 2008.1 version & have Marketing Library installed. We have an installation guide but no user documentation was available to provide us.
1. Has a user documentation been developed since?
2. If not, what is the best way to learn features, capabilities, etc. Can someone provide a few of us a demo?
