Order Type: Non-orderable

Hi,

I wonder if someone can advise on what use cases the - order type: Non-orderable - was envisaged to cover?

I am not sure whether the intention was for (1) items that can not be order or (2) for items that require the user to be punch out to a different side/application, etc or (3) both?

In some occasions a 'Go' button is shown against some non-orderable services so that this means that the order type non-orderable was created to cover the above 2 use cases?

many thanks

kind regards,

Naomi

Re: Order Type: Non-orderable

Non-orderable services are mostly for calculator or comparison tools where you'll present the users with service forms to capture some input and provide recommendation at the end, e.g. VM sizing. What users get out of the service are advices on which service(s) they should order, the steps to follow, etc.
