We have services that are only viewable & orderable by specific countries. Some of these services have Service Group Authorization - e.g. by nearest manager. However, the nearest manager of the customer can be located in a country that don't have permission to view & order the service. In this case it seems that the manager is not able to approve the requisition. Is that correct? If so, is there a workaround solution?
