Please Help-Access Management / Identity Management Contacts

I work for the Access Management group at Charles Schwab & Co. My group and I don't work directly with the request center, but we get Service Requests in Remedy that come from Request Center. My group then fulfills the request, by modifying objects in Active Directory (users, groups etc..)
 
Through this post, I am trying to get in touch with someone doing the similar function at another company so that we can "compare notes" on request center as well as on the day to day tasks being done in Access Management/Identity Management Area.
