Because there isn't a print funciton in ServiceDesigner, the approaches I have seen for this use case are either taking and printing a screen shot of the AFC Summary page, or using your browser's print function to do the same.
If you use dual monitors (laptop and a monitor), you can always open up 2 instances of newScale and have your AFC rule displayed on one screen so you can create the new one on the other screen. I've found this to be the easiest way to copy a rule, although it would be nice if this information were included in a dictionary so we could run reports.
