We have a service that has had several requests that have been ‘delivery canceled’. Is there any way to report the person (performer) that canceled the requests? There looks to be no information on the Monitor plan tasks in the datamart, so is there any other way to report who canceled the delivery of a request?
As you correctly state, the datamart does not contain information on Montor Plan tasks, other than a simple count of Delivery Cancelled tasks. If the numbers are small for this particular item, it's probably easiest to actually look in the Comments & History for the requisition(s) (in ServiceManager), where the name of the performer who cancelled the delivery is recorded.
Also, depending upon how the service has been configured, this could also be determined by looking in ServiceDesigner. If th
