Hi,

We have tried to schedule a report which will send the PDF output to the some users. But this feature is not working i.e. it is not sending the pdf attachment nor the link to the user.

Have anyone ever got this problem? If so, please let me know how did you solve this issue.

We are actually using RequestCenter 2007.1

Hi Wesley,

Have you tested the standard PDF output of your reporting envoronment? Let's make sure that is working.

Hi Ed,

Yes the PDF output is working correctly. We noticed that the SMTP server was not configure when installing the Cognos.

I will let you know if this solves the issue.
